Pilates 4 Life provides personalized training sessions in a beautiful new fully equipped studio. We have top of the line Balanced Body equipment including 4 Reformers, 4 Konnector Reformers, a Cadillac Table, two Combo Chairs, and a Ladder Barrel. We offer private sessions, group classes for up to eight people, Pilates 4 Dancers cross training and Circuit Training.  All training sessions are based on the 8 principals of the Pilates Method of Conditioning as taught by Joseph Pilates:
